The brand guidelines have been developed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the Firstco identity.
It shows how to correctly implement the new design elements, whatever the design context: be it a website, conference banner or business card.
The Firstco logo is the key element of our identity – a universal signature across all communications. It’s a guarantee of quality.
Because the logo is such a recognisable and highly visible brand asset, it is vital that the application is consistent wherever it appears.
The primary use of the logo should be white on the Firstco purple to further enhance the brand recognition. There will be instances where this is not possible, in these circumstance the secondary logo can be used.

For other cases where the complete logo would be too complex you can use the O1. icon as a standalone element that will aid brand recognition and be more identifiable at smaller sizes.
The main use would be favicon and social media profile images.
Not to be used in printed material.
When using the colour palette be sure to set your documents to match the desired outcome as each app is different. See below:
AI = Document Colour Mode
INDD = Transparency Blend Space
PSD = Mode
If you’re creating online content use the RGB/HEX values and make sure yours is set to RGB/HEX. When creating printed material use the CMYK breakdowns and set the document to that colour space to match.

Our brand typeface, the Roboto family, is for use across all communications.
Chakra is our display typeface, this is to be used for headings and statements only. The consistent use of both these families are an important part of creating our brand personality and promoting audience recognition.
Fall back Font
Arial is an acceptable substitute for Roboto in digital applications such as Microsoft Word / PowerPoint presentations and online.

The Dots
The Dots have been created in some standard sizes A3, A4, Social Media Square (1024 x 1024px) Do not scale the dots, use Adobe Illustrator to create each dot pattern to keep the dots consistent through all material.
The Line
The Line is created live in InDesign, when applied it should use the dots to create the connection where possible and always be in front of the dots.
When used there should a maximum of 4 lines, always at right angles, too many lines will be visually distracting.
As a guide to the line thickness:
A4 = 6pt / A3 = 8.5pt
